Pohodl\u00ed modern\u00ed doby zp\u016fsobilo, \u017ee jsme jako spole\u010dnost nec\u00edtili pot\u0159ebu dos\u00e1hnout hlub\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b propojen\u00ed s p\u0159\u00edrodou. Nechali jsme se pohltit rychlou turistikou a all-inclusive cestov\u00e1n\u00edm, kde je v\u0161e na dosah ruky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bushcraft znamen\u00e1 dos\u00e1hnout hlub\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b propojen\u00ed s p\u0159\u00edrodou. Zahrnuje \u0159adu d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch dovednost\u00ed, jako je stavba p\u0159\u00edst\u0159e\u0161k\u016f, v\u00fdroba n\u00e1stroj\u016f, sb\u011br potravy, rybolov nebo navigace. Filozofick\u00fdm z\u00e1kladem <strong>tradi\u010dn\u00edho<\/strong> bushcraftu je udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed zdroj\u016f a ochota vzd\u00e1t se modern\u00edch vymo\u017eenost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyto dovednosti znali v\u0161ichni na\u0161i p\u0159edkov\u00e9 a m\u011bli bychom je zn\u00e1t i my. Solidn\u00ed znalosti v t\u00e9to oblasti pom\u00e1haj\u00ed tr\u00e1vit \u010das v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b s co nejmen\u0161\u00edm dopadem, aby si v\u0161ichni mohli i nad\u00e1le u\u017e\u00edvat nedot\u010denou p\u0159\u00edrodu. Bushcraft a dovednosti p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed maj\u00ed mnoho spole\u010dn\u00e9ho. Zat\u00edmco v survivalu mus\u00edme b\u00fdt egoist\u00e9 soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed jen na p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed a vyu\u017e\u00edvat v\u0161echny dostupn\u00e9 prost\u0159edky, v bushcraftu se zam\u011b\u0159ujeme na sou\u017eit\u00ed s p\u0159\u00edrodou a rozumn\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed jej\u00edch dar\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-druhy-bushcraftu\">Druhy bushcraftu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010casy se m\u011bn\u00ed&nbsp;a stejn\u011b tak se m\u011bn\u00ed i vybaven\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me. P\u0159\u00edstup k pobytu v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b se m\u016f\u017ee li\u0161it, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd ho praktikuje na z\u00e1klad\u011b sv\u00fdch znalost\u00ed. V z\u00e1sad\u011b v\u0161ak v\u017edy \u0161lo o vyu\u017eit\u00ed nejlep\u0161\u00edho dostupn\u00e9ho vybaven\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tradi\u010dn\u00ed nebo rekonstruk\u010dn\u00ed bushcraft<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me vybaven\u00ed a znalosti pr\u016fkopn\u00edk\u016f bushcraftu. Len, vlna nebo k\u016f\u017ee jsou na\u0161imi hlavn\u00edmi spojenci. Jde o formu lesn\u00edho t\u00e1bo\u0159en\u00ed nebo lesn\u00ed turistiky. Les vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me v mez\u00edch dan\u00fdch platn\u00fdmi z\u00e1kony a z\u00e1sadami \u201eleave no trace\u201c. Sou\u010dasn\u00fd bushcraft zjednodu\u0161uje p\u0159\u00edpravu m\u00edsta na p\u0159esp\u00e1n\u00ed a bivakov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me hamaky, lehk\u00e9 tarpy nebo stany a plynov\u00e9 va\u0159i\u010de. Minimalizujeme stopu sv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edtomnosti v lese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Filozofick\u00fd bushcraft (shinrin-yoku)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Filozofick\u00fd bushcraft poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed z Japonska, zn\u00e1m\u00fd jako <em>shinrin-yoku<\/em>, doslova znamen\u00e1 \u201elesn\u00ed koupel\u201c. Je to zp\u016fsob tr\u00e1ven\u00ed \u010dasu mezi stromy, kter\u00fd sni\u017euje krevn\u00ed tlak, posiluje imunitu a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 odbour\u00e1vat stres. Pro mnoho lid\u00ed je to hlavn\u00ed d\u016fvod, pro\u010d chod\u00ed do lesa. N\u011bkdy sta\u010d\u00ed prost\u011b vyrazit do lesa, pole\u017eet si v hamace, sednout si do mechu a proj\u00edt se po n\u011bm naboso, abyste se c\u00edtili l\u00e9pe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prakticka-stranka-bushcraftu\">Praktick\u00e1 str\u00e1nka bushcraftu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00e9 dovednosti si m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 osvojit p\u0159i pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed bushcraftu? Ve skute\u010dnosti se nau\u010d\u00ed\u0161 v\u0161e, co je pot\u0159eba k p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9mu a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9mu pobytu v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b. N\u011bkter\u00e9 pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00ed dovednosti v\u0161ak vy\u017eaduj\u00ed \u010das, zat\u00edmco na rozd\u00edl od survivalu nejsou pro p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed nezbytn\u011b nutn\u00e9.
